This hotel exceeds our expectations with its outstanding atmosphere, amenities, and first-class service. Our room is spacious and comfortable, which is rare for Japanese hotels. the bed is plush and provides us with an ultimate sleeping experience. the bathroom is sparkling clean, and the toiletries smell good. the breakfast options are abundant and cater to all tastes. We love the thoughtful touches like complementary drinks and snacks. the hotel location is unbeatable, close to various shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The language barrier can be challenging with some of the staff not fluent in English.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, which was great for our family. The facilities offered were good, particularly the restaurant which had a good selection of dishes. The hotel was also located in a convenient area, close to public transportation and local attractions.
We found it difficult to communicate with the staff as their English proficiency was very low. This led to some confusion and frustration during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were of high quality, making our stay very enjoyable.
